Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you are not required to create an account to shop with us. You can make purchases and check out as a guest each time. However, creating an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and then create your account when you arrive at the checkout page. 

How do I create an account?

Why am I having issues adding items to my shopping cart?
If you are experiencing issues with adding items to your shopping cart, the item you have selected may have become unavailable.

When will I receive confirmation that my order is on its way to me?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier tracking feature to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit to you. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for the status to update.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards decline because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are your ticket to securing the latest fashion pieces before they hit the racks. These items aren't in stock yet, but pre-ordering ensures you're ahead of the fashion curve. Your eagerly awaited piece will be shipped to you on its release date.

When Will My Pre-Order Package Arrive?

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. While we strive to get your fashion fix to you promptly, unforeseen delays by manufacturers can occur. Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. Should we encounter any inventory or manufacturing issues that prevent us from fulfilling your order, we'll promptly cancel it and refund you.

What If I Order In-Stock Items with a Pre-Order Item?

In-stock items will be held until all items are available for shipping together. If you wish to receive your in-stock items separately, please place separate orders.
